My trip to Missouri.

This past week, our family received news that Ray, my Grandmother's husband, was not doing very well. Therefore, I decided to drive to Missouri to give my grandmother a chance to spend some time with him. She was so excited to see me when I first arrived.

However, my trips to Aurora have the potential to become dangerous as this is the view

 from the recliner as I sit in their living room. Yes, it is a Sonic!

Of course, when I would pick Grandma up in the morning for the

drive to Springfield, Sonic was our first stop.

Grandma was named "Resident of the Month" for February - I am so proud of her!

I have a roommate.

Jenna packed up her apartment, and will be moving in with me

as she continues her home search.

Luckily, this gave me the motivation to do a little pre-spring cleaning.

I should also mention that Jenna and I just spent our first official night together as roommates; we had fish for dinner, and then she drug my ass to the gym.

This is going to be an interesting next 3 months.

A Constant Reminder

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day!

As I would begin to feel lonely and sorry for myself, I continued to remind myself that it is better to

be a Viola than a Peggy.

Homemade Valentines

I may not have someone to hold my hand...

But I still have people I love, and who I hope love me too.

(Unfortunately, my family has no other option but to love me. Good times and in bad.)

So, I decided to send them homemade Valentines.

I am so thankful fo the love, suport, sympathy and encouragement I receive from

my family each day. I would sure be lost without them.

Well, the Super Bowl is just about to end, so I thought it would be appropriate to cast my vote for BEST commercial. I have posted my favorite commercial below (The one that has received my vote), just in case you missed it, or want to watch it again. I am going to end this post, by not telling you how many times I have watched it...
